Summary: Great place to share with family and friends! The 3rd floor views are even better than the pictures. We had plenty of space to spread out, and ample bathrooms and showers. The outdoor shower was especially novel and fun for the kids. Quick and easy walk up to the beach and easy go into town to do some shopping or grab a bite to eat. Owners were easy to communicate with. Great stay!

Summary: Only cons were no hot tub, no grill, no outside gathering place and steepish stairs (might be an issue for some people). The location was great(one block to beach) sleeping arrangement was perfect for our family

Summary: We had an incredible beach week at Linda’s house with three families (5 adults and 2 kids). The house is very spacious and the additional third floor bonus room was the best spot for morning and evening hang outs. Can’t beat the location (1 block from the beach) and the neighborhood is quiet and serene.

Summary: Great house and great location! 1 block from the beach, under 5 minute walk with a beach cart and little ones. House is very spacious rooms are on larger side especially for beach house. We spent most of our time on the 3rd floor that held our entire family comfortably with a great deck and views.

Summary: This house was the PERFECT house for our family to spend a week together. Our group consisted of 12 people aging from 2 years old to 62 years old yet we never felt crowded or on top of each other: the layout of the house is ideal for large groups. The house is equipped with everything you could possibly need: Two coffee makers, dishes, pots and pans, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, toys, coloring books, crayons, board games, high chairs. We wanted for nothing. The extra full size fridgerator came in clutch as we made lots of salads/meals ahead when we came. We did not struggle for space in the fridge - even with two men who love to have their cold sodas on the beach. The third story was such a fun place to hang out in the evenings playing games, enjoying the deck, and watching tv. It gave us space to still have family time even after the kids were asleep on the floor below. My favorite features of the house were the long table where we all fit for meals, and the outdoor shower, which made it easy to keep the sand out of the already immaculate house. The location of the house could not have been better. It is a straight shot to the beach entrance - about a 150 meter walk. It was easy to take the kids back when they needed to use the restroom or if one of them needed a break from the sun. As we drove away, my husband was already trying to figure out when we could rebook the house and spend another week. The perfect house for a large group.

Summary: This place had everything! Short walk to a nice beach with views of the ocean from decks and 3rd floor. Kitchen is spacious and well equipped for a large group. Bathrooms up to date and convenient. Loved having two refrigerators and mini fridge. Only needed to bring sheets and towels. Great layout provided space to be together and to have time apart for 3 couples with 4 kids (toddlers, infant, and teen). Games and 2 TVs. Very clean home in a quiet community close to AC.

Summary: The house is perfect for a larger family or multi-family vacation. The house was well kept and spacious. Just a short walk to a very nice beach that wasn't too crowded. The owners were very accommodating. Highly recommend!
